The role: The Distribution Shift Manager will assist in the management of activities within the in loading and out loading areas, to ensure business performance and objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities as the Distribution Shift Manager would be to:
- Support the Logistics & Operations Manager in leading and aspiring Section Leaders and Multi-Skilled Operatives.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor orders, assembly and dispatch of produce.
- Lead by example in working towards H&S targets including but not limited to accident and near miss reporting, corrective actions and closing out of non-conformances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and customer standards.
- Contribute and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Achieve KPI targets set across the department/business.
