Job Title: Warehouse Picker & Packer

Location: Sittingbourne

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

Shifts: 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Warehouse Picker & Packer to join a busy team during the autumn and winter peak period. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using hand-held devices.
  • Handle and lift boxes of varying sizes and weights safely.
  • Maintain speed and efficiency to meet KPIs (40-50 orders per hour once trained).
  • Work effectively in a busy environment to support high order volumes.
  • Support warehouse organisation and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Qualifications

  • Physically able to lift heavier boxes and reach higher shelves.
  • Comfortable using hand-held devices for order picking.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to integrate quickly with the existing team.
  • Able to start immediately.
  • Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience in a fast-paced setting required.
