We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials from goods-in through to despatch, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and high standards at all times. Must have Reach Truck and Counter Balance experience!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and correctly locate incoming goods
  • Unload deliveries from vehicles and containers safely
  • Verify goods against delivery documentation
  • Move and allocate stock to designated warehouse locations
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Wrap, label, weigh, and stage goods for outbound delivery
  • Load vehicles and containers safely and securely
  • Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory counts
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
  • Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns
  • Support additional warehouse or production duties when required
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pump trucks and forklifts (if trained/certified)
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
