With an immediate start, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join an established Engineering company, working in their busy stores.
You will be picking wrapping and getting goods ready to be dispatched as well as loading the lorries ready to get the product distributed to the clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that the stores are kept clean and tidy and that everything flows through the workshop properly.
You must have previous stores experience and ideally have used a FLT in the past. There will be heavy lifting involved. The hours of work are 6.00am – 2.30pm, however you will be expected to work through until 5pm. There will also be work 2 in 4 Saturdays 6.00am – 11.00am. All hours worked over 40 hours will be paid at time and half.
This is a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.
