We are looking for a Voids Operative to join our client, an independent organisation who provide accommodation services to numerous organisations across the UK and continues to develop its business in both central and local government as well as the charitable section. Reporting to the Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader as a Voids Operative you will be accountable for ensuring all properties are clean, hygienic and compliant to the specified standards. The role will require you to ensure all accommodation is clean and fit for purpose, which will require you to remove all rubbish, store in a suitable place and arrange collection.
