We are looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join a client of ours in Maidstone on a 6 month temporary basis. You will play a crucial part keeping vehicles operational as the service runs 24/7. You will maintain and service vehicles and equipment to the highest of standards. Your role will include: Ensuring effectiveness of the operation of vehicles and equipment following manufacturer's recommendations for repair and maintenance. Complete documentation of details of repairs or work carried out. This can be electronically or written down. Manage stock levels of local parts to ensure smooth operation. Work with the fleet and equipment service to meet departmental needs and objectivesTo be considered for the role require: Accredited IMI (or equivalent) Master Technician or demonstrate the capability to achieve and maintain that standard through formal assessment. (Level 3 LGV Technician) IRTEC Certificate (where relevant) Experience or willingness to learn relevant servicing requirements for specialist vehicles. Level 4 in Diagnosis, testing and repair of ICE/hybrid/electric vehicles and components or demonstrate capability to achieve and maintain that standard through formal assessment of future fleet.
