Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Drainage Team Leader to oversee and support our on-site surveying operations. This position will be responsible for leading a small team carrying out drainage connectivity tasks and ensuring all work is delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Role Responsibilities:
- Leading connectivity and manhole surveys
- Planning and coordinating CCTV drainage investigations
- Overseeing accurate data collection and reporting
- Ensuring quality standards are met at all times
- Guiding and developing survey assistants on site
- Managing workloads to meet project deadlines
Who We're Looking For: A proactive leader who understands drainage survey work, can motivate a team, and delivers high-quality results under time pressure. Strong communication skills, an organised approach, and the ability to work safely on site are essential.
