Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-focused Packing Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are prepared, checked, and packed accurately to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and packing products to specific company requirements
  • Checking incoming deliveries and verifying stock quantities
  • Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies
  • Picking and organising components ready for packing and dispatch
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
