We're recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Sittingbourne.
This is a hands-on role operating specialist production equipment, assembling products, carrying out quality checks and helping to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Operate specialist manufacturing machinery.
Assemble products to specification.
Carry out quality inspections throughout production.
Measure finished products accurately.
Complete production records.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
Follow company quality and health & safety procedures.
Support other production areas when required.
About You
You'll ideally have
Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience.
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, reliable and proactive approach.
A willingness to learn new skills and become multi-skilled.
