Caretaker Location: Sheerness Contract: Temporary Start Date: Immediate Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £15-£20 per hour We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Caretaker to join our clients team on an immediate-start basis. This is a varied role suited to someone who is practical, reliable and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and well-presented environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out opening and closing (unlocking/locking up) duties on a shift basis. Undertake general caretaking and estates duties across the site. Carry out routine checks of buildings and facilities. Report any maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns. Assist with setting up and clearing areas as required. Ensure the premises are secure and ready for use. Support contractors and maintenance teams when required. Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.About You We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual and trustworthy. Practical and confident carrying out general caretaking duties. Able to work independently and use initiative. Flexible and willing to work on a shift basis. Professional and approachable. Comfortable with opening and securing premises.Requirements Enhanced DBS required Previous caretaking, estates, facilities or maintenance experience Availability for an immediate start.
