Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to gather, verify, and update information.
  • Speak with customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
  • Confirm individual requirements and update records accordingly.
  • Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and update information within internal databases and CRM systems.
  • Handle queries and escalate more complex issues when required.
  • Provide administrative support related to customer interactions.
  • Ensure all information is handled in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support the efficient clearance of outstanding cases.
