Property Officers Areas available: Kent, SW Coast (Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset) or SE Coast (Eastbourne, Southampton and Portsmouth) In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships to source properties, and procure long term contracts, utilising your strong communication skills. You will manage an assigned caseload and travel accordingly to secure the properties. You will also carry out procurement administration and meet the set targets required in line with the relevant legislation. Duties include Managing assigned caseloads Travelling to meet stakeholders Ensure agreed values and ethical standards are met in line with supply chain contracts Develop and maintain partnerships with local authorities and other stakeholders ensuring compliance at every level. All values, ethical standards, policies and procedures are met Manage and report on performance targets Work with managers and head of department to meet contractual and company requirementsYou will need to work closely with your line manager and team members, collaborating and attending meetings as required. It is essential you keep up to date with all written and verbal communication, as is ensuring all records are maintained properly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
