Are you a dynamic and motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for property procurement? We are looking for a dedicated Property Procurement Officer to join our team and help us secure high-quality, long-term property contracts while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Property Procurement Officer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing properties to meet business needs, managing a dedicated caseload, and travelling as necessary to maintain productive partnerships. You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, uphold ethical standards, and support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned caseload of property procurement opportunities.
  • Travel to engage with stakeholders and source suitable properties.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local authorities and other key contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain contracts, values, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor and report on performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with management and departmental teams to meet contractual and company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and procedures.
  • Take part in regular team meetings and ongoing training/development initiatives.

Full UK Driving Licence (essential) - DVLA checks will be conducted.
