We are looking for an experienced Production Technician with a background in electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly, for whom quality, precision, and continuous improvement are key.

Our global manufacturing client in Dover is offering an excellent opportunity for someone to work with advanced PCB assembly equipment and contribute to the production of high-quality electronic products.

The Role

As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in the manufacture of electronic assemblies, operating Through Hole production lines, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting operational issues, and performing routine machine maintenance. Working closely with Team Leaders and Coordinators, you will help drive manufacturing efficiency, maintain high quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the production department.

About You

  • Previous experience within electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly.
  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards (Class 3 preferred).
  • Experience operating through-hole assembly.
