A great opportunity has opened up for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, transport, and after-sales. This is a varied and hands-on role where you\’ll lead a small team, drive performance, and ensure the smooth running of core business functions.
You\’ll play a key part in embedding processes, managing performance, and aligning daily operations with long-term business goals.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee warehouse operations, transport logistics, goods-in, and after-sales activity.
* Work closely with sales teams to ensure operational support for commercial objectives.
* Supervise and develop a small operational team across logistics, warehouse, and listings.
* Ensure accurate product listings and preparation of items for sale and shipment.
* Monitor and deliver on SLAs and internal KPIs.
* Implement and maintain SOPs, ensuring processes are efficient and compliant.
* Manage and improve daily workflows, equipment maintenance, and health & safety procedures.
* Lead continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and performance across departments.
What You\’ll Bring:
* Background in warehousing, transport, or distribution, with experience in logistics coordination.
* Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with international shipping and understanding of customs procedures is a plus.
