An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established business, taking responsibility for the delivery and performance of its national service operations. This is a senior leadership role where you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead multi-disciplinary service teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance and financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Service Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators and technical teams
  • Drive operational performance, service quality and continuous improvement
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets and resource planning to maximise efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage operational risk, compliance and health & safety
  • Produce operational reports and identify opportunities to improve performance

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven Operations Management or Service Delivery from the elevator or escalator sector
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Commercial awareness with budget management experience
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience improving processes and driving operational performance
