Location: Ashford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

We are recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company outside of Ashford. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a skilled welder looking to secure a long-term position with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out MIG welding in both production and bench welding environments
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
  • Produce high-quality work in line with company and customer standards
  • Conduct quality checks on completed work
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Support other areas of the business as required
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years' MIG production welding experience
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable with a positive and proactive attitude
