Temporary Receptionist / Administrator

Location: Margate

Job Type: Temporary (6 months)

The Role

As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you'll provide a professional and friendly reception service while supporting with a variety of administrative duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the busy reception desk.
  • Greeting visitors and contractors.
  • Answering telephone calls and operating the door entry/intercom system.
  • Data entry using the management information system.
  • Producing letters and correspondence.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
