New Appointments Group is delighted to be exclusively recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and innovative business based in Tonbridge. With a passion and commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability, our client is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator who shares the same values and passion for making a positive impact.

Location: Tonbridge

Salary: Up to £27,000/annum (up to £45,000/annum FTE)

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.00pm (half hour lunch)

Days: 3 days per week, with flexibility to work across 4 shorter days

Hybrid: 2 days per week on-site

The Role: As Senior Supply Chain Coordinator, you will join a close-knit team of three and play a key role in supporting the efficient planning and coordination of the company's supply chain activities. Covering a 12-month maternity contract, you will be responsible for production planning, inventory management and stock optimisation, helping to ensure operations run smoothly as our client's business continues to grow.

Working closely with suppliers, you will help maintain the timely availability of raw materials to meet customer demand while balancing inventory levels effectively. You will also identify potential risks, resolve supply chain challenges, and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and minimise disruption. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their supply chain experience. As the business expands, you will gain exposure to both UK and international supply chain operations, providing valuable experience within a growing global environment.
