Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established business, taking responsibility for the delivery and performance of its national service operations.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead multi-disciplinary service teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Service Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators and technical teams
- Drive operational performance, service quality and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs, budgets and resource planning to maximise efficiency
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage operational risk, compliance and health & safety
- Produce operational reports and identify opportunities to improve performance
Qualifications
- Proven Operations Management or Service Delivery experience from the elevator or escalator sector
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with budget management experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience improving processes and driving operational performance
