This is a unique hybrid role combining technical advisory, customer support and project management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and application support to customers, distributors and internal teams.
- Review customer specifications and recommend the most suitable solution.
- Prepare quotations and technical proposals.
- Support customer projects from enquiry through to delivery.
- Investigate technical issues, customer complaints and process improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering and Production teams.
- Assist with customer visits, site surveys, exhibitions and technical presentations when required.
