Salary: 28,000 to 30,000 p/a, plus bonus scheme

Hours: 9am to 5pm

We are recruiting for a proactive and customer focused Service Sales Executive to develop existing accounts and generate new service sales opportunities. The role combines sales, account management and customer service, with a focus on service contracts, maintenance solutions and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell service contracts, service visits and engineer callouts.
  • Manage customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups from initial contact through to quotation and order.
  • Develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and contract renewals.
  • Prepare and follow up quotations, monitoring opportunities through to conversion.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate customer and sales information.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Work with the wider sales team on repair, replacement and service opportunities.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, commercially aware and results focused.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
