We re looking for a highly organised administrator based in Thanet with excellent Microsoft Outlook skills to support a short-term Temporary project reorganising a Directors email inboxes. You ll create a logical folder structure, organise and archive emails, implement Outlook rules and categories, identify important follow-ups, and help build a sustainable email management system that will be used long-term. You ll need: Previous administrative, PA or Executive Assistant experience Strong Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail The ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionallyThis is an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator or Executive Assistant between roles, returning to work, or looking for a focused project with a lasting impact.
