Location: Canterbury.
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus monthly bonus scheme.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm and the first Saturday of each month, 8:00am to 2:00pm.
The Role: This is a multi-skilled position combining parts advisory, warranty administration, and service bookings. Working closely with the existing aftersales team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling service and parts appointments efficiently for customers and the workshop team
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Providing accurate advice and support on parts, warranty products, and service options
- Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Supplying parts to the workshop, managing stock orders, and maintaining accurate stock control
- Responding to customer and internal enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting the promotion of additional products and services, including upselling and retention offers where appropriate
Key Requirements:
- Previous motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and administrative abilities
- A proactive and reliable approach
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Strong IT skills
