PA to MD Location: Westerham
Hours: 18 hours per week We are working with a successful, well-established independent sales and distribution business based in Westerham, seeking an experienced Part -Time PA to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, proactive and confident taking ownership of tasks through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 business and personal PA support to the Managing Director.
Manage the MD's diary, meetings, correspondence and travel arrangements.
Prepare documents, presentations, meeting agendas and supporting information.
Manage incoming calls and confidently screen sales enquiries.
