An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy and well-established manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
Working as part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across production and site equipment.
- Responding promptly to electrical and mechanical breakdowns, diagnosing faults and completing repairs.
- Conducting root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records.
- Working closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve operational performance.
- Assisting with spare parts identification and stock management.
- Supporting continuous improvement and capital projects.
- Mentoring and assisting colleagues where required.
