We are working with an established manufacturer in the Tonbridge area who are looking to employ a Marketing 45,000/annum and 2 days hybrid working.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute the annual marketing communications plan.

Support sales through customer engagement and lead generation.

Plan and coordinate exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations.

Manage photo/video shoots and company merchandise.

Create and manage website and social media content.

Produce and update marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and press releases.

Support CRM activities and market research initiatives.

Mentor and manage the Marketing Apprentice.

Collaborate with the global marketing team on communications, websites, publications, exhibitions, and dealer events.

Travel within the UK and internationally as required.

About

You: Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business or Similar. 2+ years experience in a similar marketing role.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design, Premier Pro).

SEO, Google ads and social media ads experience.

Website development experience.

Ability to create engaging and professional content for multiple platforms.

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Team player with the ability to self-motivate and multi-task independently.
