Travel: International travel required, usually 3 to 4 times a year We are looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of commercial and corporate events for business clients, with a key focus on event logistics and onsite delivery.
Please note: Candidates should be based near Thanet within a reasonable commuting distance.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, working with venues, suppliers and the wider team to ensure everything is organised and in place.
Liaise with venues and suppliers, including caterers and equipment providers, obtaining quotations and negotiating costs.
Manage event budgets, cost sheets, payments and key deadlines.
Coordinate registrations, final numbers and event requirements, ensuring accurate event plans and working documents are prepared.
Take a hands-on role in onsite event delivery, overseeing set-up, suppliers, staff and the smooth running of events.
Coordinate social events, venue visits and site inspections as required.
Work with the Communications Team on branding, promotional materials and event requirements.
