We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join a dedicated and growing Children's Contracts team across Kent. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people leaving care, including unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people, as they transition into independent living. You will play a vital role in empowering individuals to build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve positive long-term outcomes. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will manage your own caseload and deliver high-quality, person-centred support across a diverse geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of young people within supported accommodation
