We are currently recruiting an experienced Assembly Operative to join our client's manufacturing team based in the Ashford area. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, where you will support a range of assembly and production tasks using hand tools. You will be expected to work accurately and efficiently at a fast pace while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assembling components using a variety of hand tools
  • Following work instructions and assembly specifications accurately
  • Maintaining consistent quality standards throughout production
  • Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Confidence and competence using hand tools
  • A reliable, hardworking attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 4.45pm, Friday: 8.00am - 12.30pm (early finish)
