We are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a growing manufacturing and product development environment, supporting the scale‑up and continuous improvement of innovative consumer and healthcare products. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or production engineering who enjoys working across R&D, operations, quality, and production teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in taking products from pilot stage through to full‑scale manufacturing, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and capable of delivering high‑quality products consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and scale‑up of new products from pilot to industrial production
  • Plan and support manufacturing trials within production environments
  • Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and performance
  • Assist with process validation activities and GMP compliance
  • Investigate production and quality issues, implementing corrective actions where required
  • Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and external manufacturing partners
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Prepare manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
  • Support the introduction and validation of new equipment and manufacturing processes
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
  • 2‑3 years' experience within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience working in regulated or FMCG or quality‑controlled manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of GMP, process validation, and continuous improvement principles
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams
