A full-time opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to support a busy manufacturing and production environment. This role would suit someone with experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings, although training can be provided for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising raw materials, packaging and finished goods storage areas
- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
- Moving materials to and from production machines
- Supplying packaging materials and ancillary parts to production areas
- Ensuring all materials are available to support continuous production
- Operating counterbalance forklifts, pallet trucks and manual handling equipment
- Delivering goods to customers using company transport
Experience and Skills Required:
- Previous experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Experience working within an ISO-controlled environment (desirable)
- Basic PC literacy
