Events Administration Assistant Working with a busy and dynamic events team, this newly created position will provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of a variety of events. To apply for the role, you will be able to demonstrate your administrative and organisational skills gained from a fast-paced environment, where you have been team-focused and supportive of colleagues to get the work done. You will participate in meetings, where progress on event administration will be provided, preparing content for an app, providing guidance and answering queries from external customers, producing event information and tracking of documents. Working in a remote capacity, the hours are 9am – 5pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch. Once a month, there is a requirement to work until 6pm for specific meetings, as well as attending the office for a group team meeting. Salary: £24,000 -£26,000 Dependant On Experience.
