Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SOP Writer to join our client’s Operations team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of operational documentation across the business. Working closely with operational stakeholders, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and associated documentation. You will help ensure processes are clearly documented, compliant with internal standards and external requirements, and easily understood by end users. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong technical writing skills and a keen eye for detail to make a real impact within a growing and busy organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and subject matter experts to gather information and map processes accurately.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement within existing documentation.
  • Maintain version control and document management systems.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews.
