The Role:

  • As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in keeping the manufacturing process running smoothly.
  • Working as part of a skilled team, your duties will include:
    • Operating production machinery including cutting, extrusion, and laminating equipment
    • Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
    • Carrying out quality checks on finished products
    • Handling aluminium and steel composite materials safely
    • Completing basic machine checks and reporting any faults
    • Following strict health and safety procedures and wearing required PPE
    • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe production area
    • Working with colleagues to achieve daily production targets

Shift Pattern:

  • 4 days on / 4 days off
  • Rotating day and night shifts 5:45am/pm - 6:15pm/am
  • 40.25 hours per week Monday to Sunday working pattern

  • A reliable and positive attitude

  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • Good communication skills and enough English to understand safety procedures
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training is provided
