Are you confident, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We\’re looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Client in Ramsgate as a Customer Service & Events Administrator. c£28,000/annum pro rata to an hourly temp rate.
In this varied and dynamic role, you\’ll be the face of the company – managing reception, supporting departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing front of house: greeting visitors, handling post, and overseeing reception
- Organising events and coordinating all travel arrangements
- Booking hotel accommodation and arranging buffets for meetings
- Ensuring lunch deliveries arrive on time
- Prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records
- Logging and processing returns
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- Confident and professional in appearance and attitude
- Committed to exemplary customer service
- Excellent at communicating at all levels
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications with good administration experience
