Our client is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Call Handler to join their team on a temporary basis to support with a backlog of customer records and enquiries. This role involves making outbound calls to individuals, gathering and updating information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to gather, verify, and update information.
- Speak with customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Confirm individual requirements and update records accordingly.
- Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update information within internal databases and CRM systems.
- Handle queries and escalations of more complex issues when required.
- Provide administrative support related to customer interactions.
- Ensure all information is handled in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues to support the efficient clearance of outstanding cases.
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or telephone-based role.
