- We are recruiting for a
Commercial Partnerships Manager to join a small, collaborative events team supporting a portfolio of international conferences.
This is a commercially focused role responsible for developing sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities, winning new business, building strong relationships and managing partnerships from initial approach through to event delivery.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities through research, networking and targeted outreach.
- Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing sponsors and exhibitors.
- Act as the main point of contact, advising on sponsorship packages, benefits and return on investment.
- Manage and maintain the sponsorship and exhibitor pipeline, ensuring leads, contacts and interactions are accurately recorded on the CRM.
- Work with senior management to negotiate and agree sponsorship and exhibition packages.
- Coordinate sponsorship and exhibitor activity, ensuring agreed packages, benefits and deliverables are fulfilled.
- Work with internal teams to support sponsor communications, event websites, marketing materials and event apps.
- Provide regular updates on sponsorship progress, pipeline, conversion and revenue.
- Attend events as required to manage sponsor and exhibitor relationships and identify further commercial opportunities.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development or event account management.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Commercially aware, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and online event platforms.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and commercial partners.
- A personable, proactive and highly professional approach.
