We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Recruitment Administrator to join their HR team during an exciting period of growth. Due to an increase in recruitment activity, they are looking for an experienced administrator to provide additional support during a busy recruitment campaign.
The Role
This is an initial 2-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension depending on business needs. Working closely with the HR team, you'll provide end-to-end recruitment administration support, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advertising vacancies across relevant platforms.
- Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Managing recruitment administration throughout the hiring process.
- Completing pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting onboarding and new starter administration.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team during a busy period.
About You
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training. Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in an in-house Recruitment Administrator role, or an HR Administration role with significant recruitment responsibilities.
- A good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work at pace.
- A proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
