We are seeking a temporary Maths Lecturer for an immediate start to teach Functional Skills Mathematics Level 1 & Level 2. The successful candidate must be registered on the DBS Update Service.

Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday

Contract: Temporary / short-term

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Maths lessons at Functional Skills level
  • Plan and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum requirements
  • Assess learner progress and provide feedback

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Previous functional skills teaching at level 1 & 2

This role requires someone who can start immediately and confidently step into a short-term teaching assignment.
