We are looking for a General Operative to join our clients, growing production team near to Canterbury. This role involves heavy, and physically demanding manual work within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities
- Measure, cut and prepare materials accurately using hand and power tools.
- Assist in the production and assembly of components.
- Carry out heavy manual handling of materials and finished products.
- Follow technical instructions and production drawings.
- Operate workshop equipment safely and effectively.
- Load, unload and move materials across the site.
- Carry out quality checks on completed work.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Experience and skills required
- You must have your own transport due to location.
- Experience in a hands‑on, manual labour or production environment.
