Temporary Communications Coordinator
Our client is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis initially until December 2026.
Working approximately two days per week, you will provide practical support across internal communications, campaigns, newsletters and email marketing, helping to ensure communications are delivered effectively, accurately and on time.
This is a hybrid role with the opportunity work at home on some days.
The role
- You will work closely with the Press and Communications Manager and wider teams to:
- Gather information and updates from colleagues and turn them into clear, engaging communications.
- Support the production of the monthly internal newsletter, including coordinating content, proofreading, formatting and checking links and images.
- Assist with campaign planning and delivery, including content schedules, approvals and campaign assets.
- Build, test and schedule emails and support simple email journeys and automations.
- Monitor and report on email, web and social media activity.
- Maintain communications trackers, content schedules and campaign actions.
- Organise communications assets and documents so they are easy to access and reuse.
- Work with colleagues, volunteers and external contacts to support effective communications delivery.
About you
