Are you organised, digitally confident, and experienced in supporting training or learning functions? We are looking for a proactive L&D Website Administrator to help our client launch and manage a brand‑new bespoke Learning & Development system. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how training is delivered and accessed across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Uploading and managing training courses on their new online L&D platform
- Setting up course details and enabling seamless bookings
- Keeping course information accurate, engaging, and up to date
- Supporting the end‑to‑end training booking process
- Providing general administrative support to the L&D function
You’ll be working with a system that’s currently being built – so while specific platform experience isn’t required, confidence using web‑based systems and updating online content is essential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a training, L&D, or similar administrative role
- Confidence updating website content or using online systems
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
