Looking for a chef role with daytime hours and every weekend off?
We're recruiting a Breakfast & Pastry Chef to join the catering team at a prestigious independent school in Sevenoaks.
Working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you'll help prepare breakfast for boarding students before producing homemade desserts for around 700 lunches each day.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys baking, thrives in a busy kitchen and is looking for an excellent work-life balance.
The Role
- Prepare cooked and continental breakfasts
- Produce homemade desserts including crumbles, brownies, traybakes, muffins, cookies and pies
- Support lunch, hospitality and special events
- Cater for dietary requirements
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
- Support the Head Chef and deputise when required
