Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Our client is a fast-growing business currently seeking an experienced Production / Machine Operator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role involves:
- Completing production orders efficiently and accurately by following job sheets
- Ensuring all required production paperwork is completed to a high standard

Key responsibilities would be:
- Preparing materials according to job orders ahead of production runs
- Setting up production machinery in accordance with job specifications
- Operating, feeding and troubleshooting machinery
- Carrying out quality checks before, during and after production
- Polishing finished products where required
- Completing relevant production paperwork accurately
- Cleaning down machinery and work areas following each production run
Experience and skills required:
- Experience as a Machine Operator within a food, manufacturing or FMCG environment
- High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Good spoken and written English and Mathematics skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow detailed instructions
- Basic computer literacy
