About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join a children's residential home. You will lead and support a team of Residential Care Workers, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for young people with complex needs. You will also step in to manage the home when the Registered Manager is away.

- Lead, mentor, and develop your team
- Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and case management
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive home environment

What You Will Need
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience in children's residential care with supervisory responsibilities
