Location: Ashford, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday!

Key responsibilities would be:
- Produce quotes, sales and purchase orders.
- Progress customers orders.
- Liaise with customers on the telephone and via email.
- Support with the shipping of goods.
- Field telephone calls and emails.
- Assist with import paperwork and documentation.
- Provide information and check paperwork for letters of credit.
- Provide Certificates of Origin when required.
- Complete applications for shipping insurance as needed.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets.
- Assist with purchasing duties.
- Perform general admin tasks as required.
Experience and skills required:
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid organisational skills
- Experience of importing goods and Sage would be advantageous but not essential
