About the Role
We are seeking reliable and physically capable Warehouse Picker & Packer to join a busy team during the autumn and winter peak period. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using hand-held devices.
- Handle and lift boxes of varying sizes and weights safely.
- Maintain speed and efficiency to meet KPIs (40-50 orders per hour once trained).
- Work effectively in a busy environment to support high order volumes.
- Support warehouse organisation and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Requirements
- Physically able to lift heavier boxes and reach higher shelves.
- Comfortable using hand-held devices for order picking.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to integrate quickly with the existing team.
- Able to start immediately
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience in a fast-paced setting required
