We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-focused Packing Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are prepared, checked, and packed accurately to meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and packing products to specific company requirements
- Checking incoming deliveries and verifying stock quantities
- Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies
- Picking and organising components ready for packing and dispatch
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

This is initially a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.
