New Appointments Group is seeking an HR Administrator to provide effective HR administration and support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, records, training, absence and general HR processes. Working in a social care setting, the role requires confidentiality, professionalism and safeguarding awareness.

You will handle day-to-day HR tasks, coordinate recruitment, prepare contracts and induction, monitor probation and compliance, assist payroll and contribute to HR.
